10 customer per day would be great, no major transport 10
We have been in business for 18 months, today the market is probably about 100 and our highest around 500 people per day. We have a niche market, we go away from 1 % Turnover (higher) in reality, so for us, we know when we can 150 people a day, we expect at least 1 per day.
this is not always true, sometimes I have 3 levels of 30 people .... But you have certain assumptions and then work backwards.
