I am a vegetarian, but I am also very thin and wants to change that. How can I bulk up, and get plenty of protein, ceasing to be a vegetable?

Well, both my daughter and her best friend, are vegetarians, but they are extremely small. I was very scared to eat that in choosing to stop meat is very healthy. However, both were on their health and that drinking at least drink protein per day. Were also largely supported by vitamins, a healthy diet.
Therefore, I recommend a lot of protein drinks and vitamins. There are also really great vegetarian recipes.
